• แบบฟอร์มแต่งตั้งกรรมการสอบวิทยานิพนธ์ (วท.1/SC.1)
• ใบรับรองการผ่านการอบรม Responsible Conduct of Research (CITI) และภาคปฏิบัติ
• ประวัติ (CV) ของคณะกรรมการวิทยานิพนธ์
• ผลการสอบ QE สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก
• เอกสารอื่น ๆ ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (ถ้ามี)

Thesis Proposal Examination – Semester 1/2026
Graduate students of the Faculty of Science, KMUTT, who wish to proceed with the appointment of a thesis examination committee are invited to submit Form วท.1/SC.1 together with the required supporting documents.

• Round 2: 26 November 2026
📌 Thesis Proposal Examination
To be completed by 25 December 2026
📄 Required Documents
• Thesis Examination Committee Appointment Form (วท.1/SC.1)
• Certificates of completion of Responsible Conduct of Research (CITI) and practical training
• CVs of the proposed thesis committee members
• QE Examination Result for Ph.D. students
• Other supporting documents required by the specified criteria, if applicable
